Our Year 9 offering is a foundational workshop to prepare students for their Tomorrow Woman & Tomorrow Man journeys.
In Her Shoes is a game-changing workshop designed to equip young men with a deeper understanding and empathy for the experiences of women.
Our student program specifically supports and aligns with the four dimensions of ‘Respect Matters’ and consent education for senior students.
Our strength based approach enables students from Year 9 - 12 to progress through a series of modules with clear outcomes linking to the Respect Matters curriculum and ACARA Learning Areas. The overall aim of our programs are to build greater agency in the young people we work with.
Through cultivating an awareness of the pressures that come from gender stereotypes, practising activities that grow emotional literacy and building deeper connection and empathy with peers, young people are able to develop the skills to better look after themselves and others, and to make better choices.
Our program content consists of six developmentally appropriate, sequential modules, with clear outcomes, encapsulating the four dimensions of Australian Curriculum Respectful Relationships, PLUS additional content to support emotional learning skills.
