"A really great bonding session for the team. I hope no other club has done this because I reckon this could get us the flag cos we were so much closer afterwards.”

— More than the Game Workshop Participant

In these four specifically targeted sessions, we encourage teams to engage in honest and meaningful conversations. By fostering open dialogue, your team and club will cultivate trust and forge deeper connections, enhancing the off-field experience and ultimately improving on-field performance.

great culture = great club

We believe in healthy club culture. When our participants gain self-confidence, emotional resilience and improved team morale, they have more positive and meaningful community relations. This can lead to an increase in the community’s physical health, and sense of belonging, pride and purpose, while reducing risky and unsafe behaviours.

No topic is off limits

Relatable, perceptive and down-to-earth – our master facilitators can safely guide conversations with the toughest of crowds. Just when you think there's nothing to talk about we can get a conversation going that will connect your team like nothing else.

Our Sports Modules

The modules are intended to be run in chronological order, ideally within the same season. This allows us to build upon the learnings each workshop.

What Clubs are Saying

"A big thank you Tomorrow Man for putting on this great workshop. I hope we can do something similar in the future for our members and community. You are doing an unbelievable job in addressing mental health and reducing the suicide stats. Everyone that I have spoken with post the session learnt one or two things that will help them and their mates in this world we now live in.”

— Sporting Club Organiser

"This was one of the best initiatives I’ve ever experienced. I got to be open with both the group but also my self and I’m thankful. I got to talk in front of the group and that was one of the most relieving and gratifying feelings I’ve ever had. "
