Jordan Harper

Facilitator

Jordy grew up surrounded by sport, with Aussie Rules at the heart of it all. His drive for competition thrived through his family's weekly "Harper Challenges"—a Sunday ritual of tackling the toughest hikes, runs, or rides in Canberra. His football journey took him across the country, competing at a high level. But when draft night came, the dream didn’t go as planned. After weeks of anticipation, his name wasn’t called. That moment left him with a determination to push himself and see what he was really capable of.

That turning point led Jordy to Melbourne, looking for new opportunities and a fresh start. He started a career in education, spending a decade working across various education roles. He began as a teacher’s assistant, mentoring students with additional needs, before stepping into the classroom as a fully qualified teacher - bringing his passion for physical education and relationship-based learning into everything he did. Jordy’s philosophy for teaching stems from a relationship-based approach, working with thousands of students while role modeling a positive version of masculinity.

Driven by a belief in the untapped potential of men, Jordy knows there’s a bigger, more fulfilling life beyond the narrow version of masculinity society has boxed them into. He’s passionate about being a role model for other guys, helping them break free from stereotypes, explore emotional range, and step into something real and meaningful. That mission led him to become a facilitator at Tomorrow Man, where he’s committed to helping men live fuller lives.

Outside of work, he’s running laps of Albert Park, walking his dog Monte while tuning into his favourite podcast, cheering on the Saints, sipping a brew at his go-to café, spinning a Harry Styles vinyl, or deep in the latest read on sports psychology.
